   Noel is so adorable, and is getting so playful with her siblings and us!! She also loves cuddling up on my neck or lap!!
  Her Dad is a 20lb Cavalier King Charles, and Mom is a 12lb Mini Poodle. So estimated adult weight will average around 12-20lbs.
